AI to Human Vocal Term Highlights: 

☞This is a ghost vocal deliverable: no feature / tagging. You are not permitted to credit me and/or use my name, brand, image, or likeness in any way. 

☞ No impersonation of another singer’s identity/brand

☞ AI & Right of Publicity: I retain my legal Right of Publicity and intellectual property and do not allow any of my human vocals to be uploaded to or used by AI training websites. You understand that purchasing or owning a vocal license to utilize on an original track  ≠ owning the voice. You understand this even includes uploading vocals for internal testing, "fun," personal, or experimental use.

☞ Revisions:  1 round included for Lead Only vocal + 2 rounds for full package. A Revision includes things like re-singing a note, tone/clarity.  Anything additional is subject to a revision fee.

☞ Publishing: Terms apply if we co‑write or alter the melody/lyrics. Split agreement must be signed + submitted before recording.

How It Works: I would love to hear about what you're working on and what direction you see for your song. 

Fill out the form below and I'll respond by email shortly. We'll discuss your project in detail, and I'll give you a quote for the project. I'll send you a link to officially book me, and I'll get started. I’ll send you an mp3 rough mix for your approval, with one round of revisions included if needed. Once you approve, I will send all dry/raw stems as 48kHz 24-bit WAV files – naturally tuned, comped and edited (unless otherwise requested). 

Terms Highlights: 1 free revision round is included. Revisions are a handful of small changes, not a rerecording. Turn around times are based on availability with a typical turn around of 5 -7 business days. Expedite fee under 48hrs when available, just ask. 

The songwriting price is a vocal fee and does not void my rights to royalties unless we agree to a buyout. 

Typically when I write the topline and you write the instrumental, this would be an example of a 50/50 royalty split. All communications are done via email or through my booking link. Use of artist name, likeness, and image not permitted in any release or public-facing materials. Strict AI Prohibition policy applies.
