FOR ALL LICENSES:
☞ You have permission to release your song with Mandy's vocals to a distributor (such as Distrokid, Tunecore, CD Baby), to stream on all platforms and you may keep 100% of the streaming royalties you receive through your distributor.
☞ NO feature / tagging: You understand that you cannot feature / tag Mandy Barry as the singer on any track you release using her vocals. You may only list yourself as the sole artist on the song or use a pseudonym Mandy can provide (upon request) as the singer. You understand these are GHOST VOCALS only.
☞ NO use of Name/ Likeness: You are not permitted to attach Mandy's name, likeness, or image to your release under any circumstance or without expressed written consent. No images of Mandy may be used. No printing of Mandy's name on cover art or promo materials.
☞ Record Labels: You understand that Mandy will not sign any agreements with record labels. Please make sure if you sign to a label, that they review these terms so that entering into their agreement does not violate this agreement and vice versa.
☞ Intended Use: You understand that the use of this license is ONLY to build an instrumental around the vocal (acapellas) and create a song. Chopping up and sampling the vocals to be sold as sample packs is strictly prohibited. Resale of acapellas is strictly prohibited.
☞ AI Prohibition: You understand that purchasing or owning a vocal license to utilize on an original track ≠ owning the voice. You are not allowed to upload vocals to or be used by any AI training platforms that use voice-processing, voice synthesis, generative training, large machine learning model tools, for any purpose. This includes internal testing, "fun," personal, or experimental use, because it would violate Mandy’s legal Right of Publicity and intellectual property. Any unauthorized upload or use of AI constitutes a material breach of the Terms & Conditions.
